My name is Jennifer. I am on disability and do not drive. I get around on my own, very clean and quiet and respectful. I smoke but outside only and drink occasionally. I do not do drugs, I can cook, I have no pets or kids or significant other, just me.I have been living at my mom's house but time to move on, my sister is here now. I'm very friendly and willing to help out when I can. I prefer a female roommate and just checking if utilities would be included? I can do $700. Thank you
