I'm looking for a furnished room that I can rent out. I am into working out and cooking so it would be nice for a gym and grocery store to be nearby! I also do some work that requires Wifi so if that is included in the monthly rent, that'd be great. Other than that, I guess some utilities like a washing machine and dryer would be great.
