I am a college student who attends Iowa State University but I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am going to transfer to CSUN but want to live in an apartment. I don't drink nor smoke and I am by no means a partier so I would like it if my roommates weren't heavy on that. I don't plan to be in the apartment alot because I'm going to be occupied with school and work. So I won't be a burden to the people I live with. I'm looking to get myself established in California as it is new to me.
