I'm a CSUN student looking for a roommate to share a 1 Br 1 Ba Apartment in Van Nuys. I am only in the bedroom to sleep, because I have a desk in the living room area. I have an extra desk and an iMac in the bedroom that you can use on the guest user server if you would like. The apt has all smart lights that you can adjust color and brightness via Alexa voice command. Utilities are not included, will be an additional $60-$100. 2 Parking Spots. $500 deposit.
