About this household
Furnished or unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom. Full use of kitchen, living room and laundry. I would prefer to rent/share my house with a trustworthy female student and/or professional. Must love dogs, I have a beagle, I am fine with another dog as long as it gets along with mine and is house trained. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month and includes utilities, no exceptions. No parties, drugs or overnight guests.
