Currently living in South Philly and would prefer to stay in the area. Anything somewhat close to center city is ideal, I work in the area and bike. I'm pretty laid back, don't party much but like to go out every now and then. Love animals but don't have any. I'm not looking for a furnished room and actually have plenty to bring to a new living situation if needed. Looking to move by November but could push it back until December.
