Summary
I'm moving from Lake Tahoe (CA/NV boarder). Need a place with a mellow roommate (no drama queens) whom is responsible, yet pleasant. My 9 year old son is going to be living with his father out there for the first time and i need to be able to be close. I plan to work evenings. I go to school, and paint. I will most likely be gone for the summers.
