**SUMMER SUBLEASE LINCOLN** Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my room from May 1-Aug 1. Located at south 27th street in Lincoln. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, attached garage. You will have your own room, share a bathroom with my roommate, and your own garage spot! All living room and kitchen supplies is in the house already so you would just need things for your room. Located in a great area! Close to lots of trails, friendly neighborhood, and great yard! Rent is 485 a month plus utilities. Pets welcomed with monthly fee and refundable deposit.
