Very laid back house... not a ton of roommates, just us and whoever moves into the extra room. We actually have two rooms available, renters choice... one is $800/month the other is $900/month (+utilities). Couples are ok, pets upon approval if in larger room and with an additional pet deposit. To move in? $1800 with smaller room, $1900 with larger... can be broken up
