Hi, I'm a 25 year old female, looking for a room for rent in Orange County. I work full time and am also going to school for my MBA at the same time. I'd describe myself as being a laid back, friendly and considerate person. I need a place that's willing to allow a cat. She's very sweet and well behaved. I'd prefer to have my own room but am willing to share a bathroom. I don't care if the person renting the room is male or female, I just need someone down to earth and relatively clean.
