About this household

I am a masters student at UTHealth looking for someone to move into the master bedroom of my apartment, as my roommate just moved out. The bedroom has an attached bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The apartment has high ceilings, spacious living/dining area, safe/quiet location that is roughly 5min from the Rim and La Cantera shopping malls, staff are helpful and fix issues quickly, has 2 pools, and there are occasionally food trucks in front of building. No pets but pet friendly.
