I have a furnished (or unfurnished) room available in a three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome on Queen Anne. The location is excellent and very convenient to everything. Minutes from a bus line. I am looking for someone who is laid back and easy to be around but is also clean, responsible and respectful of each other’s space. I have no gender preference. LBG friendly. I would prefer a 12 month lease. The room is available now. $750 a month (not including utilities) First/Last/$350 Damage.
