Hi! I am helping my current roommate find a new roommate. I have an opportunity to move elsewhere, and I need to find someone to take my spot asap. The room is available in downtown section of HB. Its off Palm and Main street. It is within 1 walking block to the end of Main Street and 5 walking blocks to the beach. he available room has a half bath attached.It is a 2 bedroom apartment with brand new granite counter-tops, tile floors, plush carpet in the bedroom.There are 2 assigned parking spots
