Very good location, first floor end unit, Wheelchair access, Large bathroom, Mostly furnished, Water, Heat, Parking, $1 coin laundry right down the hall, Cable, and high speed wireless Internet included. Only other expense is Electricity which has never been more than $50 a month when split its only $25 per person. I am really easy to get along with :) My roommate is graduating and I really like this apartment so I was hoping I could find a roommate before they signed the lease
