Hi! My name is Katie. Me and my roommate Al are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill a room and your own bathroom. It is a 3 bed 2 bath house. Rent is 283, utilities range from 23-33, internet is 25, and trash is 9. That’s a total of approximately $350 a month. We have no pets and are both tidy.
