I have direct tv in bedrooms and basement. wireless internet central air and heat. nice kitchen w. lots of appliances. most rooms have ceiling fans too. carpet throughout house. fenced in yard, new only a few years old. Tennis courts and basketball court. Nice pond for fishing too. Just ask if you think I left anything out...
