I'm looking for 1 or 2 rooms for my 15 yr. old son and I, as soon as possible. We are both quiet, readers, gone most of the time, (Work for me, school downtown for him and skating, concerts, art.) We keep pretty much to ourselves, friendly, low key, clean. We don't party, but don't mind if you do. Just need a comfortable place to live. We have no drama, or drugs. I can supply work and personal references.
