Hi! I'm a part-time student at St. Charles Community College and work 2 jobs. I am looking for a female roommate who can pay rent reliably, non-smoker, no drugs, no criminal background. I have done research and found a 2-BR apartment in O'Fallon that is one of the best values in the area. Rent would be around $450-500 per person.
