4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with unfurnished bedroom available. The apartment is located walking distance from the College of Central Florida. Utilities, water, and sewage is included in monthly rent. We have a small private balcony, dishwasher, central AC, WiFi, and Visitors parking. The 2 of us are females in our 20’s who are pre nursing students from South Florida going into nursing clinicals in the near future. Academically driven and hardworking.
