I spend almost all waking hours in the guest house {ham radio shack}behind the main hpuse it has a rest room, refrigarater, microwave etc.The only time i ever go up front is to sleep.You really renting a house minus 1 bedroom.It does have a doggie door for my dog but he stays where ever i am most of the time or outside.This would feel like living alone EXCEPT I SLEEP in 1 BEDROOM!The living room,kitchen, rest rooms ALL YOURS!More like neighbors than roommates.Very unique house that is safe!
