I'm a Cornish College of the Arts student looking for a place to stay while I'm in school. I work from home for a Software Development Consultancy, and I'm going to be getting $100-$200 a month from friends. I make money on commission for my job, and I just started it, so I'm not sure how much I'm going to be bringing in yet. It's looking like at least $500-$1000 a month though. Preferably I'd like to live somewhere in exchange for cooking/cleaning, or with a low rent.
