The rental property is a 4 bed room 2 bath. It has just been fully renovated. The rent is $400 per person. I already have 2 other people and just look for 1 more. I am currently attending Shippensburg University and so are the other two. We are very friendly and welcoming people. We need someone ASAP. Planning on signing the lease sometime this upcoming week.
