IF there are only 2 of us then the third room could be a gym room or study room, otherwise we could get a third roommate to make rent cheaper in which case would be more so 250 for the two other roommates. Cobway corp on MAX roughly would be something like 60 i think, renters insurance is a total of 20 total a month, and gas is something like a max of 120 a month i think on the highest.
