The apartment is approximately 900 sq. ft...the kitchen and living room are very spacious. It has an attached garage but i don't park my car in there as there are boxes (i use that as storage) and the garage is not automatic, there is a washer and dryer in the unit (it did not come with the unit, i purchased them when i moved in here), the living room is furnished with a sectional and love sac, the spare bedroom is mid-size, not furnished. the apartment is fabulous!
