I own a 4 bdrm house with a pool and am in need of a roommate. New carpet and ceiling fan, freshly painted. Cross streets are Gilbert/Broadway in Mesa. $300 Security (refundable) deposit, pet is $100 (nonrefundable). Must sign a lease and have an ID. Super chill and quiet, a pet is OK.
