I'm looking to share a residence with 1 other person. I would prefer a male roommate in their upper 20's or 30's. I am a drummer, but I play only pads at home to not disturb anyone. Since I don't drive I need a place within 2 miles of my job at Mercyhurst College. A place with cable and internet would be great but not mandatory. Other than that I'm pretty quiet, laid back, and don't want any drama.
