Summary
I just need a small room that would allow myself and my 12 year old 39lb dog. She with me most of the time. I will shovel snow, cook and clean extensively. I will be busy with work and then hiking or skiing so not around much. I don't mind others staying up late or waking early and have a pretty forgiving disposition.
