I am a 25 year old working professional. Recently moved to the area. I’m renting a 2 bedroom one bath apartment and am looking for someone to rent the 2nd room at a $50 a month discount since it is the smaller of two rooms. Looking for someone with no pets, but that loves dogs, because i have 2. They are sweethearts. All utilities are in my name, but i would expect to split the cost each month. There is laundry in the building and a storage unit you could use if willing to split rent 50/50.
