Its a really nice apartment, i do not own, so after we talked, you'd have to fill out an application for the office. basically as long as you don't have a felony or an eviction you'll get approved. huge kitchen, new w/d. new fridge. nice fireplace. new tiling, close to the puget sound and albertson's, but far enough away from lakewood to be nice. it's a quiet area, mostly military and family's.
