Looking for someone respectful most of all. Other things can be worked out. I'm pretty active, like to snowboard, golf, camp, just about anything outdoors. I moved here a year ago from Houston, but I'm originally from the northeast. Work downtown at a small civil engineering firm. I'm very even tempered, like to cook, I'm clean, very respectful and so easy to get along with. My current roommate is getting a new job and will be moving out sometime in Jan or early Feb.
