My friend Afton and I are moving in/around the huntington beach area the weekend of aug 12th and are going to be looking for a place to rent immediately there after. We are looking for a 3rd roommate. We're hoping to have a place no later than the 1st of september, but will be looking to move in sooner than that, if we find a place. We prefer a female, 21+, responsible and clean. not flakey.. We're trying to keep our total rent at $1500/mo or lower.. message if interested. Thanks!
