I'll be moving to Tyler for grad school and need a both a roommate and a place. I need a place that has reasonable rent (and if any utilities are included that would be great). I need a roommate that is clean-ish,respectful,responsible,and mature. I'm don't party or have overnight guests. I'm okay with overnight guests IF I know in advance/it's not an every other night thing. I likely will not be spending much time there due to classes and what not, but when I am home, I need to be able to sleep
