I got an apartment very close to Uconn campus, it's 5 minutes walk to the campus, this community is very safe and quiet. The rent includes heating fees in the winter and water, the only thing you need to pay is the power bills. It's very convenient to live in this community, you dont need a car and it's very warm in the winter. I am a graduate student of uconn, very easy-going, quiet and neat, wish to find a roommate here.
