I need to get close to the college, so that I can get myself set up. It wouldn't take long for me to find a job, and I don't have anything that I need to spend money on. I'm a nice guy, and will put up with nearly anything. No car to get in the way, I can keep to my room easily enough, and am a computer science major, so can fix computer/networking problems. I just need to get myself started. Thank you!
