We are looking for a 3rd person to move in bc our 3rd roomie is moving in with her boyfriend. We rent a 3 story, 3br, 3 1/2 bath townhome near Washington and TC Jester. We are white females, 26 and 29, non smokers, no pets and very clean. We are both college graduates and work 7-4:30 in the Galleria area. The room available is on the first floor and rent is around $660 plus 1/3 of utilities. Its a beautiful spacious home!! :)
