2br 2bath apartment in Miramar Beach/Sandestin-- near Grand Boulevard. The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is not. You would have your own bathroom. I don't have a preference of a male or female roommate, but I do require that they are clean, responsible, have a job, and absolutely no drugs. Rent is $500/month, plus 1/2 power--I'l cover water and internet.
