We live in a beautiful single family home and have an upstairs private bedroom and adjacent private bath available for rent. There are lots of nearby amenities that the great city of Frisco has to offer like a community pool and biking/walking trails and Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt. We will gladly share our kitchen, breakfast area, 2 downstairs living areas, upstairs game room (if our future roommate has kids this room is great for them), formal dining room, downstairs half bath and backyard.
