I am an active senior looking for a quiet, safe, clean, no drama, non smoking room. Want to share common areas such as kitchen & laundry. I work during the day 4 to 5 days a week. Awake between 5am to 9am, bedtime between 9pm and 10:30pm I would like off street parking. I need internet and heat/air conditioning I am easygoing, honest & quiet looking for the same in family or housemates.
