I live in a 2BD/2BA apartment. At the end of July, my roommate will be moving out. The total rent is $610 but with 2 people it will be $305 a piece. Utilities is about $100 per person. The apartment is on the ground floor, no stairs. There is a W/D hookup but since the W/D is my roommate’s she will be taking those with her. I’m 29 years old and work part time at at a daycare. I am pretty neat and tidy. My family rarely come to visit me. I am a homebody. Im looking for someone who‘s similar.
