My current roommate is moving out to go to San Fran. I need a friendly boy or girl to sublet for 1 year with me in a 2br/1bath apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 unit house. 2nd floor contains the living room, bathroom and kitchen. 3rd floor contains the two bedrooms. You can move in September 1st. Heat, electricity, cable/internet are not included. Utilities are another $50-80 a month depending on the season. There is no laundry in unit, but laundry mat is close by.
