Im a medical professional looking for a room to rent including utilities. I enjoy my own space but also would enjoy the company of a roommate to hang out with at times and enjoy some conversation or have dinner with, (Im a pretty good cook), Im not a partier and rarely go out, Id rather relax and watch a movie when Im not studying. I go to school 2 nights a week. I like to ride my bike and go to the gym when I have time. Ive respectful of my roommates space and can provide references
