2 Story, 2 1/2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Roommate would have a private room and private bathroom, and the 1/2 room that can be used for storage/office/whatever. Rent and utilities split down the middle. I am super laid back and as long as bills are paid on time I don't care what you do (except for hard drugs, none of those please). Lease will start August 1st, with possibility of you moving in a few days beforehand.
