About this household

I live in a clean, renovated 2 bd 2 ba unit. It’s close to food, grocery stores, gyms etc. There’s a community pool and lot parking. The rent amount will include utilities. I work a busy schedule, so we probably won’t see each other very much. I am polite and I will respect your space. I like to make time for social events and I wouldn’t mind hanging out with my roomy! Immediate occupancy is best since the room is empty.
