Summary

I live in Clear Lake area on weekends and any vacation time, so you can have the place to yourself on the weekend. I'm an animal lover and have pets at the lake, but only keep one (had to have it!) fish in Chico. I've had the same (night shift) job for 10 years, and I've never been late with the rent- ever! If you are buying and just need help making those payments, I'm probably your best bet. I'm super-easy to get along with, and am a very "non-invasive" kind of person. References available
