We have a full downstairs in a split level home. This has a large living room a bedroom with privacy and a bathroom with shower, we offer full utilities paid and that comes with great internet and lots of movie access. We are looking for someone who's respectful and honest, clean would be nice too and doesn't mind us being just big kids. We're empty nesters and keep to ourselves a lot.
