Hi :) I wake up 6 to 7 AM - there is a glitch I cant fix :). I am a professional female looking for a roommate to share my fully renovated clean and nice 2 bedroom 1 bath (washroom with the huge sink counter is separated by the door from the bathroom and toilet) condo in a quiet nice gated complex in a safe area (pool, spa, your own parking spot -NOT a tandem - in the gated parking lot). You can walk to shops and restaurants, and the Balboa park is just around the corner. Utilities included.
