Looking for a room to rent as I continue my online schooling and get back on my feet from my a divorce. I'm 31, pretty laid back and a tidy house keeper. I'm just looking for an affordable place to stay for the time being as I figure out "what is next" since a student salary is pretty limited. I do smoke, but always outside. I do have 4 children, but unfortunately they do not live with me. They live in SC and I would probably work out somewhere else to stay with them on their visits with me.
