Hi I'm Kristina - I'm looking to rent a space that I can use Monday - Friday 8-4. I live in Saint Albans and will be commuting to Winooski so that our children can attend St Francis Xavier - I think I'll be a great roommate - Not there at night, Not there on the weekends- I'm 44 nonsmoker, responsible and just need a space to "hang out" and work from while I wait to drive the kids back home. Paying a share of your rent beats paying rent for an office space.
