I am a full-time student looking to rent a room for my 4 year old son & myself. I am from Simi Valley, Ca I moved out to Long Beach to go to school. I manage a Sober Living Home for women & children. It is npot the ideal place for my son to be so I'm looking to just rent a private room. My son & I are both in school full-time. We are very quiet, good natured people. I am 40 year old white female just looking for a clean, safe environment for my son & i while I'm out here going to school.
