My roommates and I have a one-bedroom townhouse in the Villas at Parkmerced, and we are renting out what is technically the dining room. Right now there is a curtain hanging as a makeshift wall, but you are welcome to build/buy any type of divider you want. The townhouse itself is about a 5 minute walk from SF State University.
